Less is more. When Mies van der Rohe built 900 and 910 N Lake Shore Drive Apartments in 1955, we could not even think of having a Condo in one of the most famous buildings in the world. Today, we are proud owners of Unit 1815 and 2601 with a stunning view of Chicago and the Lake. We, that are Daniel and Jochen from Germany. Daniel is an architect who knows a lot about monuments and how to preserve them.
We live and work in Germany, so our apartments are for rent. Everyone who loves Chicago, Lake Michigan, world-famous architecture and looks for the place to be in the city, is invited to have a look at our beautiful site. We do leases on a yearly basis. Whenever we have time to come to Chicago we take care of the units and do renovations if needed. The place is in a very good shape.
